Job Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to corporate governance and relevant guidelines, including regulations related to intermediary conduct, market conduct, and product marketing.
Develop and launch comprehensive compliance programs and monitor overall compliance and identifying deficiencies to recommend improvements and control measures.
Assist in formulating a robust compliance framework, along with relevant policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement written compliance policies and guidelines for agency/broker distribution channels.
Perform compliance review on issues in relation to AML, sanctions, anti-corruption, data privacy and annual risk assessments.
Promote and implement the Group Data Privacy policies and requirements.
Assist in preparing and updating compliance training materials and deliver regular training sessions to staff.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
