Serve first-tier VIP members of a world-class clubhouse/lounge, ensuring an exceptional experience tailored to their needs.
Collect feedback from VIP members regarding their experiences with all company services.
Build, maintain, and extend relationships with VIP members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide personalised service and address any special requests or concerns from members.
5-day work week
location - Hong Kong Airport / Tung Chung area

skills & experiences required.

F.5 or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience in private club, catering, fine dining, or a large luxury hotel setting is advantageous.
Experience in a lounge or airport environment is highly desirable.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Customer-oriented, energetic, and possessing a helpful, outgoing personality.
Eager to pursue a career in the Food & Beverage industry.
Demonstrates a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable to varying work hours, with availability for overtime during flight delays.
