Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of video producers, editors, and creative professionals to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Audience Engagement: Analyze audience insights and trends to create content that resonates with young culture, enhancing viewer engagement and brand loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure video content is integrated across all platforms and channels.
Performance Analysis: Monitor video performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and impact.
Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.

skills & experiences required.

Experience: 5+ years in content creation and video production, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Creativity: Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative video content that engages young audiences.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video production tools and software, as well as a solid understanding of video distribution platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Passion for Culture: Deep understanding of youth culture, trends, and the digital landscape.
