Our client is a sizable Chinese firm, and they are looking for candidates with corporate banking - teller/ transaction specialist/ payment officer experience to join their corporate treasury team.

As a Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of crucial tasks related to the smooth operation of our treasury department. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Perform a wide range of transaction services, including but not limited to payment clearances, capital planning and fund transfers
• Monitoring business processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all settlement operations, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Account Reconciliation & Management: Monitoring and reconciling account balances, ensuring timely and accurate transactions, and supporting the management of multiple corporate accounts.
• Optimizing workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Contributing to team success by regularly reporting on progress, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 year's relevant experience from banking/ financial institutions, such as Corporate banking teller, Transaction specialist, payment officer
• Excellent command of both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
