Support the Business Development Director in executing business development strategies across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, primarily focusing on the financial services and travel sectors, while also identifying opportunities in other selected industries.
Meet and exceed territory business development goals by achieving targets related to pipeline growth, sales revenue, and gross margin.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers and influencers among qualified prospects, building valuable relationships through networking and proactive communication.
Develop robust relationships within B2B target sectors, ensuring a comprehensive network of decision-makers and influencers.
Thoroughly understand the business needs and challenges of potential clients to tailor appropriate solutions.
Create and present complex business solutions that are compelling and relevant to both new and existing clients, addressing their specific needs.
Cultivate and optimize strategic partnerships to align with and support commercial objectives.
Project manage client opportunities in conjunction with the Business Solutions and North Asia teams, ensuring coordinated efforts.
Implement effective administrative and reporting processes, including updates in Salesforce, Bid Qualification procedures, and securing necessary commercial, legal, and operational approvals.
Represent Collinson at major industry events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
Exhibit a proactive, self-starting attitude with a proven ability to finalize large-scale solutions contracts.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B loyalty, travel, or customer engagement sales.
Embody the traits of a solutions-oriented salesperson who seeks to thoroughly understand customers, their business contexts, and their specific needs before introducing Collinson’s solutions.
Demonstrate a strong passion for discovering new opportunities and effectively closing business deals.
Have a proven history of surpassing sales targets consistently.
