Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Brand Ops, and Production Manager to fulfill project requirements effectively.
- Engage with the brand manager in campaign oversight, new store initiatives, production documentation, budgeting, and team coordination.
- Manage external vendors for project-specific needs.
Creative Request Trafficking:
- Efficiently manage the intake, resource assignment, communication, budget allocation, and reporting for creative requests, ensuring smooth workflow and effective project execution.
- Data collection and reporting.
Administrative and Operational Tasks:
- Manage creative requests, procurement, payments, and vendor interactions.
- Handle archive of creative assets, contribute to regional toolkits, and ensure smooth project operations.
Regional Campaign Support:
... - Administer global/regional campaign adaptation work by compiling deliverables lists, providing translation support, managing communications, and tracking production timelines.
- Provide pre-production support like sample ordering and agency liaison, on-site production support, and post-production administrative support.
skills & experiences required.
- 2-5 years of in-house or agency creative team experience.
- Collaboration with content production partners, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exposure to global apparel and footwear brands, digital marketing, and GTM processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and passion for creativity.
- Self-starter, critical thinker, team player, with ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, Keynote, Figma, Frames.io, and project management tools.
- Demonstrates personal responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative thinking.
- Communicates openly and kindly, leads courageously, builds trusting relationships, and infuses joy into work.
