A reputable foreign corporate bank is seeking a Manager for their Credit Admin Team. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of relevant experience in credit administration and good knowledge in loan documentation.

• Review loan documentation to ensure that all terms, conditions, and security arrangements comply with the bank's policies and processing standards
• Manage loan administration, including processing, drawdowns, rollovers, and payments for bilateral and syndicated loan transactions
• Identify deficiencies in documentation and workflows, and report on them for follow-up
• Prepare and review documentation for facilities and securities
• Prepare, verify, and review loan documentation
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and filing loan documentation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 8 years of experience in Credit Administration, with solid supervisory experience.
• Relevant experience in Loan and Trade operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of processing bilateral loans, syndicated loans, and Lombard lending, particularly in banking practices and legal aspects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
