The incumbent plays a pivotal role in the call center providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints. Working in a fast-paced call center environment, the talent requires extraordinary communication, problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image. This position requires a strong ability to offer solutions efficiently, and provide accurate information while adhering to company policies and procedures.

... - Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing courteous and accurate assistance to customers.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, product information, and assistance to meet their requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- Continuously develop and enhance customer service skills through training, coaching, and self-improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, highly preferred in banking or insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively. Fluency in English will be an advantage.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs.
- Professionalism in addressing clients’ concerns and handling challenging interactions with patient demeanor.
