As a Customer Service Manager, you will
-Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately
-Escalate and resolve customer issues effectively
-Maintain and update customer logistics records with attention to detail
-Offer comprehensive customer support to address various needs including ordering, logistics, delivery time line etc
-Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their efforts
-Skillfully manage customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
-Uphold service standards, striving for excellence in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders
-Supervise team members effectively to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services

skills & experiences required.
-Diploma in supply chain/logistics, or other related fields
-At least 5 years’ experience in a customer service position; experience in freight forwarding industry is a must; exposure in air freight or in courier services field is highly preferred
-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
-Possess extensive knowledge in customer service best practices
-Proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
-Possess the ability to work with insight, flexibility and confidence in response to challenging and changing circumstances
-Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team-player.
