As a Customer Service Officer (Airline Services), you will
-Process and manage export documents according to airline regulations and standards.
-Coordinate internal operations to ensure efficient and timely handling of customer inquiries and requests.
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate and timely information.
-Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
-Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
-Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
skills & experiences required.
-Open to candidates from different fields in aviation industry.
-Knowledge of export documentation processes is a plus.
-Willingness to work in shifts.
-Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
