Assisting Passengers: Helping customers with inquiries about flights, bookings, luggage, and travel policies.
Check-in Services: Managing the check-in process, including issuing boarding passes and handling baggage.
Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues, such as flight delays or cancellations.
Providing Information: Offering details about flight schedules, routes, and services available on board.
Ticketing Support: Assisting with ticket changes, refunds, and upgrades as needed.
Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as baggage handling and flight operations, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintaining Standards: Upholding the airline's customer service standards and policies.

skills & experiences required.

Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
1+ year of customer service experience will have advantage; open to fresh graduates
Proficient in Cantonese and English is required; additional languages will have advantage
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
Passionate in aviation, travelling and hospitality
Ability to work under pressure
