Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for handling enquiries / complaints / feedback of customer and delivering quality customer service.
- Manage calls in an efficient, professional and accurate manner
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships by providing one-stop customer care services
- Provide after-sales service to customers
- Ensure the service delivered meets the company standard and complies with internal and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the accuracy of data and activities logged in the system
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage. Qualification below will also be considered given solid experience in customer service and good communication skills.
- Work experience in customer service with solid customer relationship management experience including complaint handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player, able to work independently and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills.
- Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Mandarin.
