Our client is seeking an IT Manager for their Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will lead one of the cybersecurity teams and collaborate with third-party vendors to define information security policies and practices while overseeing security operations across the business.

- Develop and execute an information security management framework, along with related IT security policies and compliance measures, including conducting continuous assessments of IT security practices and policies to enhance the company’s security posture
- Lead initiatives to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls and policies, ensuring business users adhere to information security standards
- Manage the delivery of cyber security services covering prevention (Firewall, DLP, etc), detection (internal sensors in place such as IDS, SIEM, etc), and incident response
- Provide advisory and solutions on new security threats and vulnerabilities by vulnerability assessments and conducting security reviews of IT systems or network
- Collaborate with both internal team and external vendors to manage end-to-end processes for cyber security projects
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline;
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure-related areas; and at least 4+ years of experience in information security across prevention, detection, response, monitoring tools, etc.
- Solid experience in planning and developing IT security policies and procedures for enterprise-level business
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must
- Experience with tools/platforms for network or cloud security including firewalls (such as PaloAlto or Cisco) and SIEM (such as Splunk)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or similar industry standards
- Knowledge of methodologies, tools, best practices, and processes across various cybersecurity areas
- Minimum 2+ years working in a managerial/lead role with solid experience in team management and vendor management is preferable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification is a plus
