Machine Learning Model Development

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to tackle business challenges and enhance decision-making processes
Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production settings
Utilize advanced machine learning techniques (such as supervised/unsupervised learning and deep learning) to create innovative solutions

AI Governance

Perform AI audits to ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
Ensure model documentation, data privacy, and explainability adhere to governance best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including legal and compliance) to ensure alignment with regulatory and ethical standards

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning
Familiarity with tools for AI model explainability and performance monitoring
Knowledge of bias detection and mitigation techniques in AI models
Proficient in Python, with strong communication skills and the ability to independently drive projects to completion
