... - Provide comprehensive deskside support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other technology used in a financial services setting.
- Manage user accounts across O365, local area networks, and mobile devices, ensuring secure access for all employees.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical problems, escalating issues when necessary to maintain operational integrity.
- Set up new workspace and assist with software installations for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions, facilitating continuous improvement of IT services.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive financial data.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience deskside support or relevant duties. Preferably within the financial services, but other industries background also welcome.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and network support, including O365 and various operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication in both Cantonese and English. Can acting as a good team player.
- Candidate with strong learning skill and interested in leading technology (cloud, trading floor...) is highly desire.
