Randstad is closely working with one of fast growing Financial Serivce with deep potential in Asia area. Currently they are enlarge their IT Department in Hong Kong and actively looking for a Deskside IT Support Engineer to join them.

• Provide comprehensive deskside support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading operations.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other technology used in a financial services setting.
• Manage user accounts across O365, local area networks, and mobile devices, ensuring secure access for all employees.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical problems, escalating issues when necessary to maintain operational integrity.
• Set up new workspace and assist with software installations for both new hires and existing employees, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions, facilitating continuous improvement of IT services.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, safeguarding sensitive financial data.
