Randstad is working with one of the well-known businesses that are currently looking for a DevOps Coach who will be participating in leading and guiding the overall DevOps practice within an organization.

- Review the current practice of the technology teams to improve their DevOps skills and practices, transitioning from traditional software delivery to a DevOps/Agile approach
- Collaborate with the teams to customize and enhance the CI/CD pipeline based on the requirements
- Provide coaching to the engineers and analysts on the software delivery lifecycle, such as TDD, product centricity, security compliance, Agile fundamental practice, technical debt reduction, etc.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the effectiveness of the team
- Work closely with the team to identify automation opportunities
- Create training materials tailored to specific DevOps training needs
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience working within a DevOps environment with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure etc.) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g.Terraform etc.)
- Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift, etc.)
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and/or leading teams, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English is a must; and experience working in a multicultural environment
