About the Job
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital learning programs, including identifying training needs, selecting providers and courses, and managing enrolment, payments, and course evaluations
- Oversee the formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of the digital learning development plan to align with business objectives
- Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and online training systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience
- Review and enhance workflows and procedures within the team to improve productivity and efficiency in supporting business growth
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative learning approaches such as gamification and microlearning to drive program innovation
- Collaborate with trainers and other departments to align digital learning initiatives with organizational needs and goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture
Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant experience, as well as extensive team management experience
- Strong expertise in digital learning course development, design, evaluation, and learning management system management.
- Proficiency in digital tools and softwares
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
- A proactive, mature, and customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work as a team player
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
