- Transform user feedback into actionable business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create, execute, and improve lead capture for online-to-offline channels, focusing on user experience
- Serve as product owner, leading the journey by defining, monitoring, and refining lead nurturing strategies across digital platforms, online campaigns, and offline engagements to optimize conversion rates
- Manage digital project delivery from end-to-end by coordinating with various teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring projects stay on schedule
- Handle UAT and provide support after projects go live
- Create user journey maps using UX/UI tools
- Possess experience with CRM, campaign management, and lead management systems; insurance industry experience is highly valued
skills & experiences required.
- At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in insurance, financial services, or digital transformation
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, particularly related to corporate solutions and agency/broker channels
- Expect familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
- Experience in using collaboration platforms like Confluence or Microsoft Teams is an advantage
