You will be tasked with converting business needs into functional requirements for the development of the eServices platform. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, the Scrum team, and the Product Owner, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality software solutions.
about the job.- Lead the delivery of digital platforms and front-end solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Draft product documents and stories for major platforms to ensure successful delivery and execution.
- Collaborate with UX/UI product design teams to communicate product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare user and technical requirements and execute with functional technical development teams and local QA teams.
- Develop, create, and maintain a digital roadmap for the assigned digital platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, InsurTech/Fintech, or Start-up environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital technology, including application, infrastructure, mobile, UX, and UI.
- Strong in proposal and PowerPoint deck preparations
- Proven track record in product management and delivery of digital platforms.
- Proficient in Agile Software delivery (Scrum or similar).
- Understanding of modern frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, multivariate testing, and test automation.
- Strong stakeholder management is peferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
