Randstad is collaborating with a well-established MNC that is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to contribute to the development of an in-house digital product. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in leading digital product management within enterprises. This position will be responsible for heading up the product side and managing relationships with stakeholders/end-users in terms of what needs to be built and helping to land the technologies into the organization.

- Lead a team and collaborate closely with the development team, 3rd party vendors, and other business stakeholders to define and champion product strategy, roadmaps, prioritize features, and steer product development to align with business objectives
- Own and manage product backlogs, prioritizing using appropriate techniques
- Define business value for each feature added to the product through ROI analysis, establish acceptance criteria in collaboration with other teams, and facilitate the delivery of these features
- Collect requirements from senior stakeholders to identify necessary business processes supporting the defined user stories, and develop business cases to ensure clarity on expected benefits that can be clearly measured
- Strive for continuous improvement, scalability, reusability, and operational excellence based on end-user feedback for the digital product
- Mentor and guide junior teammates in the team, emphasizing industry best practices
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Business Administration or a relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in a Digital Product Owner/Product Manager role, with experience in digital product development/business process transformation projects for enterprises
- Ability to act as a key thought leader, influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership with strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
- With a good understanding of SDLC and prior experience in digital platform development such as web or mobile applications; knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies (e.g., NLP or LLM) would be advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing requirements and senior stakeholders, while developing and maintaining a impactful product roadmap and backlogs to support delivery
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate clearly, concisely, and confidently across all levels of the business, particularly in influencing senior business stakeholders
- Proficiency in using customer-centric approaches to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery with internal IT development teams and 3rd party vendors
- Previous experience in Agile methodology/Scrum environment
- Proficient in spoken and written English; currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
- Previous experience in Agile methodology/Scrum environments; CSM/PSM certification is a plus
