• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a supervisory/management role (e.g., Project Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst) within digital app/marketing technology projects
• Experience in consulting or internal enablement within an enterprise setting
• Proven track record of managing technical development projects, particularly digital engagement platforms
• Knowledge of analytical tools, AI, UI/UX principles, and customer journey optimization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively, efficiently, independently, collaboratively, and under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
