Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
4+ years of post-qualification experience in a supervisory/management role (e.g., Project Manager, Development Manager, Business Analyst) within digital app/marketing technology projects
Experience in consulting or internal enablement within an enterprise setting
Proven track record of managing technical development projects, particularly digital engagement platforms
Knowledge of analytical tools, AI, UI/UX principles, and customer journey optimization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work creatively, efficiently, independently, collaboratively, and under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
