- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in large scale luxury hotel operations with at least 5 years in same capacity
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to details and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the set KPIs
- Strong sense of urgency and experience in handling emergencies and critical situations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese
