Randstad is working with a well-established business and is currently looking for an Enterprise Architect. The right candidate will drive the architecture design of IT infrastructure, including cloud solutions and workplace technologies, based on group IT strategies.

- Define and maintain the roadmap, architecture principles, best practices, and guidelines for IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, aligned with IT policies to govern usage and technology adoption across different IT domains.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical specifications and blueprints.
- Identify and recommend technical solutions, and plan and coordinate architecture activities that support business needs.
- Participate in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower, while monitoring expenses for operations.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to other solution architects on infrastructure and cloud strategy.
- Research and share the latest technology trends to support innovative business initiatives.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in the IT field, with at least 5+ years working as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Senior IT Manager, or similar role, and participating in leading solution architecture design and strategy for IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and resilient IT infrastructure architectures, with a proven track record of developing architecture/roadmaps for projects to support group business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one cloud computing technology, such as Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency with workplace technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, etc.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including but not limited to systems, databases, networks, etc.
- Good understanding of industry best practices and standards.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in speaking English and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit; Cantonese speaking is a plus.
- Relevant certifications, such as TOGAF or Microsoft Azure/AWS Certified Solutions Architect, would be advantageous.
