Randstad is working with a well-established business that is currently looking for an Enterprise Architect. The right candidate will drive the architecture design of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions based on group IT strategies.

- Define and maintain the roadmap, architecture principles, best practices, and guidelines for IT infrastructure and cloud solutions with IT policies to govern the usage and technology adoption across different IT domains
- Work closely with business stakeholders and translate their requirements into technical specifications and blueprints
- Identify and recommend technical solutions, also plan and coordinate the architecture activities that support the business needs
- Involve in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower and monitoring the expenses for the operations
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to other solution architects on infrastructure and cloud strategy
- Research and share the latest technology trends to support innovative business initiatives
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in the IT field and at least 5+ years working in Enterprise Architect/Solution Architect/Senior IT Manager or above roles and participating in leading solution architecture design and strategy for IT infrastructure
- Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and resilient IT infrastructure architectures, with a proven track record of developing the architecture/roadmap for projects with at least US$1MM+ budget to support group business
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including but not limited to system, network, cloud technologies, workplace technologies, middleware, etc.
- Good understanding of the industry's best practices and standards
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in speaking both Chinese and English, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Azure/AWS Certified Solutions Architect would be advantageous
