• Organize and manage students' activities,camps and holiday programs, ensuring seamless operational delivery.
• Oversee all logistical arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, catering, and scheduling. Coordinate effectively with vendors and service providers.
• Manage registrations, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistical requirements for programs involving overseas travel.
• Lead and support seasonal staff, providing guidance and ensuring efficient on-site execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Education,Event Management,Marketing,Hospitality or related field
• 3+ years of experience in managing outdoor educational programme, students' activities,camps and holiday programs
• Experience in managing budget to ensure positive ROI
• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese,
