• You will be reported to Director.

• Develop and execute comprehensive outdoor education programmes, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and desired outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and refine programme offerings, driving innovation and enhancing existing curricula.
• Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and procedures to safeguard the well-being of all programme participants.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure all activities adhere to relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage programme logistics and operations, ensuring seamless execution and providing comprehensive support to participants.
• Oversee programme budgets, ensuring financial responsibility and maintaining high-quality standards within allocated resources.
• Prepare detailed programme reports and updates, and collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
• Drive continuous improvement by staying informed about industry best practices and integrating participant and staff feedback.
• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives that expand programme impact and reach.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Outdoor Education, Environmental Science, or Recreation Management.
• 5+ years of experience in managing outdoor education programmes, education activities
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial oversight
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
