My client is a leading IT service provider and they are seeking an Executive Director with extensive experience in technical consulting and digital transformation strategies and a strong proven track record of global/regional projects. Candidates who are currently based in Hong Kong or Singapore will be considered.

- Lead the global team to develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency for clients from multiple locations
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for integration and improvement
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Influence and guide clients to understand and accept digital transformation, effectively communicating the benefits and value it brings to their business
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Define and execute delivery plans for multiple large-scale projects, covering budget, timeline, and manpower management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 20 years experience with a strong focus on technology consulting, digital transformation or solution architecture; background in IT solution provider/tech consulting firms and exposure to global/regional projects are essential
- Proficient in both spoken Chinese and English is a must; also with excellent leadership, communication, influencing, planning, and organizing skills
- Proven track record in developing and leading successful digital transformation strategies and project implementations for clients
- Strong experience in client-facing and stakeholder management including C-Suite
- Demonstrated consulting skills encompassing strategy, business cases, service/process design, and organizational change techniques
- With a deep understanding of technologies, client needs, market trends, and industry best practices
