About the Company
We are currently collaborating with a prominent institution in Hong Kong on a project that entails the development of a hotel, office space, and other facilities. Our client is experiencing rapid business expansion, and as a result, they are actively seeking a Facilities Mangement Director to join their team. This position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to their ongoing growth and success.
About the Role
As a core member of this project, you will be responsible for designing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all MEP systems to minimize downtime and extend asset life. You will oversee the management of all MEP systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will lead the MEP facilities management team, developing and executing strategies that align with organizational objectives and enhance operational performance. It is essential to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
About the Requirement
- Degree in Building services, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Facilities Management , with at least 7 years in managerial Level. Project experience in China is required.
- Pre-opening experiences is a plus
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
