About the company
Our client is a global pharmaceutical firm dedicated to researching, developing, and manufacturing innovative healthcare solutions. The HK office plays a key role in implementing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration within the local market. To cope with business expansion, they are now calling for a facilities management professional to join them.
About the role
Develop and implement facilities management systems and SOPs to meet regulatory and business requirements. Actively participate in the commercial EHS team to coordinate global EHS initiatives in Hong Kong, providing essential services to employees. In Real Estate and Workplace, create regional solutions based on global strategies, manage lease contracts, and ensure compliance with workplace standards. Oversee facilities management to maintain adherence to global and regional standards, support the development of FM concepts, monitor service quality, and manage vendor relationships and contract adjustments in collaboration with relevant functions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor degree or above in Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of facilities management experience in office / commercial properties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Proficient written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
