• Install and set up network systems and servers for optimal performance.
• Physically install servers, update firmware, perform checks before installation, and troubleshoot any issues that come up.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth network and server setups.
• Build good relationships with customers and partners by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable technical solutions.
• Deliver and install devices at customer locations, ensuring a smooth setup.
• Conduct site evaluations, prepare locations for installation, stage equipment, and manage the installation process, including testing and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and escalate concerns to customers and internal teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot bugs and configuration errors, working with manufacturers and product teams to resolve issues.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support and administration or relative experience.
• Knowledgeable VMWare, Virtualization Technologies, Ticketing Systems and Server Hardware.
• Experience with setting up server racks, including hardware configurations and power needs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Independent, responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Willing to do 5-day work week shift duty.
