My client is a foreign bank with stable business within Asia. Because of their growing business, they are now looking for a new Finance and Admin assistant in Hong Kong.
Report to the manager, you will be responsible for -
- Handling invoice payments.
- Managing claims.
- Preparing the expenses reports for the management.
- Setting up bank account profiles for employees.
- Managing onboarding
- Overseeing general office cleaning
- Assisting with event management
- Answering phone calls
Requirements:
- University graduates.
- Around 2 years relevant experience gained from the financial services environment/ banks.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua).
