Leading a team in Hong Kong and SEA, you will be responsible for:

• Formulating the financial strategy to support the achievement of business goals.
• Overseeing the financial statements to ensure accurate and timely financial reports to the management.
• Supervising the implementation of the annual budget to ensure the effective allocation of resources.
• Identifying and evaluating risks. Establishing a financial risk management framework.
• Maintaining a good compliance culture.
• Monitoring operating costs.
• Maintaining good communication with external financial institutions and intermediaries such as regulatory agencies and accounting firms.
• Leading the finance team and cultivating the professional capabilities of team members.
• Supporting the long-term business planning and growth strategy.

Requirements:

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
• At least 15 years’ relevant experience gained from the financial services environment/ MNC.
• Strong people management skills. Experience in managing a team of 8-12 people.
• Open minded and willing to take up new challenges.
• Experience working in both China and Hong Kong.
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (includes Putonghua).
• Speak fluent Putonghua (Must).
