Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible to:

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans aligned with the regional business objectives.
• Lead a team of 10 finance professionals for the group consolidation for over 80 subsidiaries and finance operations
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, financial modelling and reporting to support strategic decision-making, including identifying opportunities and risks to support the business growth especially in China
• Manage cashflow as well as treasury management
• Oversee group taxation issues as well as coordinating with tax consultants
• Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Partner closely with business leaders across various departments to understand their needs and provide financial support.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors. Banks, lawyers etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA/ ACCA/ HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 13 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Candidate with Big 4 experience in the past is a plus
• Candidate must have strong and solid experience in overseeing regions finance operation including China
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Good commands in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English is essential
