THE COMPANY
My client is a stable financial institution. They are now looking for an accountant for their finance team.
THE ROLE
Report to the Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accounting tasks such as FRR and financial report.
- Preparing head office reports.
- Calculating commission rebate for Sales
- Preparing expenses and expense claim report.
- Handling bank reconciliation.
- Liaise with various internal and external parties.
- Coordinate with the operations teams.
- Handling projects about system enhancement.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
- Over 2 years relevant experience in financial institutions.
- Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
