Our client is a well-established financial institution, rooted in Hong Kong with international exposure, with multiple business lines including Fintech, asset management, and investment banking.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers.
• Promote and sell our AI-enabled trading platform effectively via phone.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

• 1-5 years of experience in telephone sales or customer service, fresh grad candidates can be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven individual with a hunger to close deals
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
