• Develop and implement debt trading strategies to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain a network of buy-side investors and counterparties, both onshore and offshore.
• Respond promptly to bond quotations and inquiries from clients.
• Identify market opportunities and initiate bond trades within established risk limits to meet profit targets.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and commentaries on market trends and updates.
• Drive product innovation, system enhancements, and business development initiatives related to trading and market making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a STEM-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fixed income sales or trading.
• ECF-TM qualification is highly preferred.
• Possession of HKMA/SFC licenses for Type 1 and 4 activities is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and Refinitiv EIKON.
• Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
