Our client is a market leading crypto company looking for a Senior lawyer to join the company and lead the legal team
about the job.
- Offer effective legal solutions to the on-going business activities, launch of new products and expansion globally
- Draft and review all kinds of commercial contacts and legal documents for potential product launching
- Provide legal support to Corporate Governance, Compliance fillings, Regulations and licensing related work in different regions globally
- Lead and conduct training sessions to business on legal and regulatory matters
skills & experiences required.
- Qualified lawyer from a major common law jurisdiction (SG/HK/UK)
- At least 10 years PQE with solid experience from a financial service company or fintech or Private Practice with web3 exposures
- Prior exposure in Blockchain / Crypto / SaaS products and regulations are highly preferred
- Willing to relocate and be based in Singapore to meet business requirements
