- Provide legal and investment advice to management as well as internal stakeholders
- Review, draft and negotiate a full range of commercial agreements such as sales and purchase, facility agreements and financing documents etc.
- Participate in executive level decisions by working closely with the Board of Directors and senior management
- Support due diligence processes relating to acquisitions and disposals
- Engage with external counsel and parties as required
