About the Role

In Hong Kong, they are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead their office. This pivotal role involves overseeing a substantial in-house team of over 100 professional engineers and operations & maintenance staff. Together, this team is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge E&M Solutions to key clients, including government bodies, quasi-government entities, and private enterprises.

As the General Manager, you will have full P&L accountability across technical engineering divisions and corporate teams, driving sustainable business growth. Additionally, you will play a crucial role as an industry trailblazer, spearheading efforts to promote the brand and technologies within the construction and engineering sectors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder in building services engineering/ E&M engineering or equivalent
• Around 18 years’ relevant experience in facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as senior leadership position in a sizable company
• Excellent leadership skills with sound track record of leading a sizeable in-house team
• MHKIE/ MIMechE holder is highly desirable
• Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
