You will be reporting to CEO
Lead Sales & Marketing Teams of different businesses to set strategic direction, formulate and monitor budgets and operating plans to satisfy the business needs, delivering expected results that measure strategy success.
Leading the management in the day-to-day running of the Group's business and to ensure effective working relationships amongst all relevant parties.
Analyzing the pricing of the products and monitoring the consumer reactions and the distribution of the product.
Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the business of the Group.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree above with minimum 10 -15 years working experience, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors
Experience in handling Greater China market is a plus
Travel to China is required
Great interpersonal skill, bilingual in both Chinese and English
Strategically thinking and demonstrating effective leadership
People Oriented, manage cultural transformation, talent management, communication and capability
Being operational effective, keep improvement in mind and deployment the lean projects
