As a General Manager, you will be responsible for
- Leading the development and execution of sourcing strategies to secure high-quality outdoor products efficiently
- Managing supplier relationships globally, negotiating contracts to ensure competitive pricing, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards
- Overseeing the sourcing team, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration to align with company objectives and timelines
- Analyzing market trends and supplier capabilities to identify innovative products and cost-effective sourcing opportunities for growth
- Coordinating with internal departments like merchandising and logistics to streamline supply chain processes and improve product availability
- Ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing standards, regulations, and company policies across all vendor partnerships and procurement activities
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably with a buying office background
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Results-driven with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in English; fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage
