🎯 Who They’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry (insurers or brokers preferred)
• Exposure to or interest in risk-related roles, such as underwriting, broking, claims, or advisory
• Strong people skills — you collaborate well, communicate clearly, and build relationships easily
• Fluent in Cantonese & English (Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in risk, finance, business, or engineering
