About the role ...

Directly Reporting to Team Head, you will be:

Driving and managing end to end business development initiative, from deals sourcing, leading deal negotiations, structuring transactions, and closing deals with focus within property and construction sector
Preparing business proposals and plans: outlining key resources and activities, analysing industry and economic conditions, and recommending investment decisions and strategies for top management review and approvals
Building positive network and partnerships with authorities, business partners, and investment sources to support the group's investment development efforts.

Requirements:

Around 5 years of relevant experience in valuations, property investment and development
Chartered qualified surveyor (MHKIS/ MRICS) with significant experience in property investment analysis and deal execution
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
Proactive and self-motivated

About the role
