Group Finance Director - Manufacturing MNC

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing MNC, has exclusively partnered with us to secure a high-calibre Group Finance Director who will be both a hands-on leader and a strategic visionary, driving the team and supporting the business's ambitious growth journey.

Reporting to the CFO:

• Oversee all group financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, cost control, and strategic financial planning.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
• Manage group-level financial consolidation across APAC entities
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline processes and standardize financial policies.
• Optimize the company's ERP system to enhance financial reporting, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Ensure seamless ERP integration across finance, supply chain, production, and project management functions.
• Provide comprehensive management support through detailed financial data analysis, performance tracking, and process improvement.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support business growth.
• Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, establishing best practices in financial operations, reporting, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably gained from the manufacturing industry, demonstrating both hands-on leadership and strategic vision.
• Proven expertise in financial control, reporting, and compliance working at the Group level with regional experience.
• Experience in ERP implementation and integration
• Open for occasional business trip
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
