About the Job- Strategic Business Development & Growth
- Develop and refine the company’s Employee Benefits and MPF distribution strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding the firm’s presence in the corporate sector.
- Strengthen partnerships with insurers, vendors, and service providers, exploring innovative solutions to enhance the company’s EB offerings.
- Sales Leadership & Client Engagement
- Lead a business development and client relationship team, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Develop strong relationships with key corporate clients, improving retention and deepening engagement within target industries.
- Team Leadership & Data-Driven Strategy
- Manage teams across data analytics and product strategy, leveraging insights to support business decisions and enhance market positioning.
- Oversee the development of analytical frameworks, ensuring sales and pricing strategies remain competitive.
- Foster a high-performance culture, providing mentorship and guidance to develop the next generation of leaders.
- Market Positioning & Competitive Strategy
- Enhance the company’s value proposition in the Employee Benefits space, ensuring differentiation in a competitive market.
- Work closely with insurers and partners to secure exclusive offerings and strengthen existing business relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, client needs, and regulatory changes, shaping strategic initiatives that drive long-term success.Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Employee Benefits, MPF, or corporate solutions, with a proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
- Strong expertise in corporate solutions, including MPF, group medical, and employee benefits programs.
- Experience in leading sales teams and managing distribution strategy.
- Established relationships with insurers, intermediaries, and corporate clients.
- Strong strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin, spoken and written).
