About the Company
Our client is a leading renowned hospitality group in Asia with wide range of high quality mixed-use commercial and hospitality portfolios. They develop, own and operate high-end complex hotels, offices, entertainment, commercial portfolios in the region. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with sound track record of facilities management exposures to join their well-established team.
About the Role
Directly reporting to the Department Head, they are currently seeking a Head of Facility Management to lead a well-established professional technical services engineering team. This pivotal role involves overseeing an in-house team and external vendors.
- Strategic leadership to manage a large in-house team to ensure smooth 24/7 engineering facility operations, managing end-to-end facilities management, including but not limited to hard services, operation & maintenance works, energy saving, sustainability
- Closely liaise with project department to ensure the smooth operation of facilities
- Implement and execute maintenance strategies and policies to comply with group’s policy in safety, quality and environmental aspect
- Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to quality, cost and program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in building services engineering/ E&M engineering or equivalent
- Around 18 years’ relevant experience in facility operation & maintenance with sound track record as senior leadership position in a sizeable company
- Excellent leadership skills with sound track record of leading a sizeable mission critical facilities portfolios
- Flexible and agile with proven capabilities to liaise with different stakeholders, internal and external
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less years of experiences might be considered as Director/ Assistant Director
