about the team.Reporting to the CEO and be part of a prestigious dining group known for excellence in the culinary industry. You will be supported by a sizable team on operations, marketing and procurement. This is a office-based positions, but there will be occasions when you have to work outside of your regular hours due to events and business needs.

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive food and beverage strategies that align with the company’s vision and enhance guest experiences across all outlets.
- Drive innovation and market differentiation through unique culinary concepts and beverage programs.
Menu Development:
- Collaborate closely with chefs to design and implement innovative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular menu tastings and adjustments based on guest feedback and market research to ensure offerings remain fresh and appealing.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring that high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse food and beverage team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
Budget Management:
- Manage the financial performance of all food and beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance revenue and reduce costs.
Guest Relations:
- Foster strong relationships with guests, actively seeking their feedback and understanding their needs to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and standards, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to develop promotional campaigns, special events, and partnerships that elevate the brand and drive traffic to food and beverage outlets.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and maintain quality standards for all food and beverage products.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 12 years of experience in a food and beverage leadership role within fine dining or luxury hotel environments.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining a high level of service.
Strong understanding of culinary trends and the ability to innovate in menu design and service delivery.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and a commitment to quality.
