Our client is a sizable organization that provides excellent services in its industry. They are looking for a Head of Financial Management, where you will lead a team of 20 talented individuals in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20 finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success and individual growth.
- Oversee the financial management processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and enhance revenue generation.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for business performance improvement.
- Monitor key financial metrics, analyze trends, and proactively address financial risks and opportunities.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial operations and increase productivity.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management to ensure organizational competitiveness and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good commands in Chinese and English
