As a Head of Manufacturing, you will
-Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
-Promote continuous improvement across operations, identify and implement process optimizations and cost reductions
-Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals
-Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
-Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline the supply chain and minimize costs
-Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures
-Report on operational performance and key metrics to the executive team using data-driven insights
-Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
skills & experiences required.
-Degree in supply chain/engineering, or other related field
-At least 10 - 15 years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing, with 5 years in a senior leadership role
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; proven ability to work with a diverse team and influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries in a fast-paced environment
-Proven ability to enhance efficiency, productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
-Proficiency in lean or Six Sigma methodologies
-Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly growing and dynamic changing environment
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
-Self-starter, ready and motivated to build an operations structure and optimize it
