About the company
Our client is a global market leader in the environmental solutions industry. To cope with their current business needs, they are now looking for the head of operations to oversee the sewage treatment plant.
About the role
As an Operations Manager, you will be the plant in-charge to oversee various key tasks including staff recruitment, defining operational objectives, fostering team participation and skill development, managing HSE policies, proposing budgets, handling client relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous improvement in Quality-Safety-Environment practices for the treatment plant.
What you'll need
- Degree or above in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum15 years of relevant O&M experiences in treatment plant
- Excellent people management skills with experience managing sizeable team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Proficient written and verbal English, Chinese and Mandarin
